We have been having fun enjoying the lovely weather the past few days. In addition to the zoo on Friday, we spent Saturday in Fredericksburg and today visited DC again. Tim heard about a ice cream spot in Fredericksburg that we "had to try" so we drove down Saturday morning. We actually had ice cream twice and visited a great playground for a picnic lunch. We loved looking at all the old buildings and think we might like to visit again, maybe without the kids...that is if we have anyone who would be interested in watching our wonderful, fantastically well-behaved and adorable kids...hint, hint! Anyway, we were pretty exhausted, but Tim's childhood friend Curt and his family were in town and we really wanted to see him and his kids. We haven't seen them since Ellie and his youngest were babies. We met them in the city for lunch after church. The kids were troopers after waiting an hour after their normal lunch time to eat. They were even ok with a walk afterwards. Hope you enjoy some pictures of our fun times. I am starting to worry that my kids will think they don't have a mother some day...it's not that I don't post any pictures of me with them... I just don't have any, I promise!
